YAMAHA SUPERJET
The SUPERJET is Yamaha’s stand-up WaveRunner, built for exactly one rider and honest to a fault: it flatters nobody, and it gives back precisely as much as the person standing on it is willing to put in.
SUPERJET
Stand up, stand out
No seat. No passenger. Nothing to sit on at all — the only thing between rider and craft is a spring-assisted handlepole. What you stand over is a 3-cylinder, 1049 cc TR-1® four-stroke feeding a 144 mm high-pressure pump, whose purpose-built impeller channels cleaner water for sharp acceleration and an impressive top end. The whole thing weighs 170 kg dry.
Learner mode (L-mode) trims the power back while you work out where the balance point sits, then steps aside to reveal what has been waiting behind the throttle. Under your feet, a wide footwell lined with grippy Hydro-Turf gives your stance somewhere honest to work from. A 19 L tank is what actually ends a session — not the machine, and not you.

PRECISION
Set to your stance
Come into a corner standing and every correction comes from your legs and the pole — which is why the compact, wide-bowed hull matters. It holds its line steadily enough to let you attack the turn rather than negotiate with it, and the pole adjusts through three positions, set to your height, your stance, your intent.
PERFORMANCE
Wake the racer inside
There is only 170 kg and one standing rider for 1049 cc to move, and it shows on the exit: open the throttle coming out of a buoy turn and the hole-shot arrives through your feet, not your back. Shift your weight, and direction follows.
UNLEASHED
Always one more run
Every session ends the same way: soaked, breathing hard, already replaying the corner you nearly nailed. Ask us for a test ride and find out how long “one quick run” actually lasts — the stopwatch isn’t included, but the urge to beat it almost certainly is.
