Smooth breathing, sharp answer
The architecture is unapologetically premium. A 24-valve DOHC 60-degree V6 with VCT breathes through a long-intake manifold and in-bank exhaust, and a 96.0 × 96.0 mm bore and stroke works with precise fuel injection to turn crisp acceleration into 165.5 kW of propeller-shaft output across a 5000 – 6000 r/min band. Refinement, in other words, with real muscle behind it.
Performance is only half the charm. Thrust Enhancing Reverse Exhaust routes the bubbles above the anti-ventilation plate, so reverse thrust never has to fight aerated water and low-speed manoeuvring gains real bite. Helm Master® EX compatibility layers joystick control and intelligent integration over the top, which is what stops a crowded marina being the hard part of the day. And at 263 – 273 kg dry, the 225HP V6 stays light enough to keep a quick hull feeling quick.
